Easy as one, two, three

#1 LOG IN

To log in, just click on the padlock on the upper right corner.

#2 FIND THE NEAREST OGREMOBIL

Make the reservation by clicking on 'Book' in the ogremobil's menu.

#3 OPEN IT, WHEN YOU ARE NEXT TO IT

Open the ogremobil by your PIN code, that you get through email! 
 

#4 WEAR THE HELMET

You will find a helmet in the box on the back. Please use it all the time! You will also find some cleaning tissues to clean the helmet's inside and outside, too.

#5 PARKING MODE

If you don't want to lose the ogremobil, but want to get inside somewhere for a short time just click on the 'Lock or Terminate' button and choose 'Close vehicle'.

#6 TERMINATE THE RESERVATION

If you wish to end the reservation, just click on the 'Lock or Terminate' button and choose 'End reservation'. It's that easy.

How the wallet works

In every case, the system checks the user's wallet before starting the reservation like this:

IF YOUR WALLET contains MIN. 900 HUF


In this case, the system will not charge 900 HUF to your bank account immediately, but will use the existing amount first in the wallet, following with an invoice for the negative amount on the next day.

IF YOUR WALLET DOES NOT CONTAIN 900 HUF

In this case, the system will charge an instant 900 HUF to the user's credit card, which will be credited to their virtual wallet. This amount is fully (100%) usable, but will not be refunded upon completion of the booking, but will remain in the virtual wallet indefinitely.

How To register?

You can register only through the application. You must be older than 18 years, and have a driving licence. As the registration process, we check the driving licence, the email address, you phone number, your credit card. You get your username, your password and the PIN number by email. Please, make sure to remember these informations, because you have to use these to be able to make the reservation.

 

Is it possible to Register as Company?

Of course, you have the opportunity to register as a company and manage your staff in a group. To do this, choose to create a company profile when signing up. Once created, please send an email to office@ogreco.com so that we can contact you for further steps. You can also claim your VAT invoice here!

 

HOW CAN YOU BOOK OGREMOBIL? 

Through the application you can see the free ogremobiles. Clicking on the small icon will pop up the menu for the selected vehicle. Here you can initiate an immediate reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you booking option free of charges.

 

I can't find my PIN 

the PIN is an automatically generated a four-digit number for each user. This is required to unlock the ogremobiles. In each case, after you first log in, you will see your own PIN within the application. In addition, the system sends it to the user in the form of an email, so it is worth checking there if you forget it. If you can't find it, you may want to request a new one, which we can be done after logging out of the application. There you can click on "Forgot my password" and follow the method so you can request a new password and a new PIN along with it.

 

DO OGREMOBILS HAVE INSURANCE?

Our vehicles have both compulsory vehicle insurance and Casco insurance. You can read the terms and conditions by clicking HERE. The proof of insurance can be found in the trunk.
