How to register?

You can register only through the application. You must been older than 18 years, and have driving licence. As the registration process, we check the driving licence, the email address, you phone number, your credit card. You get your username, your password and the PIN number by email. Please, make sure to remember these informations, because you have to use these to be able to make the reservation.

i can't find my pin

The PIN is an automatically generated a four-digit number for each user. This is required to unlock the ogremobiles. In each case, after you first log in, you will see your own PIN within the application. In addition, the system sends it to the user in the form of an email, so it is worth checking there if you forget it. If you can't find it, you may want to request a new one, which we can be done after logging out of the application. There you can click on "Forgot my password" and follow the method so you can request a new password and a new PIN along with it.

WHAT LICENSES MUST HAVE TO DRIVE AN OGREMOBILE?

You must have at least an AM driving license to use this service.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER AS COMPANY?

Of course, you have the opportunity to register as a company and manage your staff in a group. To do this, choose to create a company profile when signing up. WHAT CREDITCARDS CAN I REGISTER?

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.

WHERE CAN OGREOBILeS BE USED?

You can use the service in the service area indicated on the website or in the application.

WHAT TO DO WHEN BEGINNING A RESERVATION?

In the application you have to check the menu of the selected ogremobil, you can start the system by pressing the "UNLOCK" button and then starting the engine with your PIN code. When you start booking the back box opens, here you find the helmet.

How to terminate your reservation

When you finish, click on the "Terminate" button on the ogremobil's datasheet and click "Terminate". If there is no problem, you will receive a notification about the reservation after a short time, with the tittle "Terminate command sent". This indicates that the ogremobil has been successfully delivered. If you do not see this, please try again.

If we are outside the green zone, the system will warn you and it requires an approval to return the ogremobil outside the zone. This, in turn, entails a fine (6,000 HUF + VAT), which will be credited to the user's wallet.

PARKING

Of course, you have the opportunity to stop and get things done quickly without giving your ogremobile back to the community. To do this, select "PARKING" in the rental interface. This will lock both the engine and the helmet holder! Beware, if you leave a value inside, we cannot guarantee 100% security. 


Unfortunately, if you accidentally forget something, you can't unlock it right away. You will be able to activate the system in about 1 minute.

PARKING ASSISTANT

We know that when starting and parking, the big wheels can make it a bit difficult to move the ogremobil, so the electric motor is pushing and pulling to make maneuvering easier. Please be extra careful and always have at least one hand on the brake lever!

'GEARSHIFTING'

The ogremobil has a red button on the right side of the steering wheel. It is used to adjust the performance and speed of your ogremobil to your sense of safety and your driving style. The higher you get into GEAR, the more vibrant and faster your journey will be. 

TERMINATING THE SERVICE

You can end the service by pressing the "LOCK OR TERMINATE" button and after that, the "END RESERVATION" button. We will charge you a shipping charge of 6000 HUF for ogremobiles left outside the service area and / or forbidden.

PAyment

At the end of the day, we will issue you an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged in one transaction at the time of invoice.

We wish everyone an accident-free drive. If something happens, you must call the police and, if necessary, the ambulance service. You should immediately notify our support team at +36 1 444 9110 between 0-24 hours and you will receive further instructions.
